Pampa Radio – Summer of Giveaways 2026
Official Contest Rules
Sponsor: S Brand Communications LLC, owner and operator of Pampa Radio (KRXZ-FM and KOMX-FM), Pampa, Texas.
1. Contest Period
The Summer of Giveaways 2026 promotion begins May 31, 2026, and ends September 30, 2026, unless otherwise announced by Pampa Radio. Individual contests, prizes, and entry periods may vary and will be announced on-air, online, or through Pampa Radio's official social media channels.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, sponsors, promotional partners, prize providers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. By entering, participants agree to these rules and station decisions.
3. How to Enter
Contests may be conducted by text, phone, app, website, social media, or in person. No purchase is necessary and a purchase does not increase chances of winning.
4. Text-to-Win
Text announced keyword to 806-207-2997 during the contest window. Keywords may include ROK26, PFEST2026, H2O26, WEEKENDS, and CINEMA. Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. Call-In
Winning caller number is announced during each contest. Only calls received during the announced contest window are eligible.
6. Live Remote Giveaways
Participants must be present to win unless otherwise announced. Entries are collected during the event and winners are drawn during the event.
7. Winner Selection
Text winners are randomly drawn. Call-in winners are determined by announced caller number. Winners may be required to verify eligibility.
8. Prizes
Prizes may include PampaFest tickets, Rocklahoma 2026 ticket pairs, Pampa H2O passes, $125 Weekends gift certificates, and Cinema 4 tickets. Approximate retail value will be announced with each contest.
9. Prize Pickup
Prizes must be picked up at Mostly Music, 112 E. Francis Street, Pampa, TX. Valid government-issued photo ID required. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days may be forfeited.
10. Winner Limit
One prize per person or household every 30 days unless otherwise announced.
11. Publicity
Acceptance of a prize grants permission for promotional use of winner's name, voice, likeness, and hometown where permitted by law.
12. General Conditions
Pampa Radio may modify, suspend, or cancel contests due to circumstances beyond its control. Technical failures are not the station's responsibility. Odds depend on eligible entries.
13. Release of Liability
Entrants release S Brand Communications LLC, Pampa Radio, sponsors, and affiliates from liability arising from participation or prize use.
14. FCC Compliance
Contests will be conducted substantially as announced in accordance with applicable FCC contest rules. Material terms will be disclosed on-air and through these rules.
